Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re committed to delivering top-notch nail care and a flawless experience every time. You may contact us if for any reason you are not satisfied with your service within 7 days. We will make every effort to resolve the issue. Because when you shine, we shine! 

  • Regular polish does not qualify for the 7-day warranty.
  • We offer free fixes or touch-ups for gel polish chips, peeling, broken nails, and rhinestones/gems that fall off within 7 days of the service. This offer is limited to two times per service/week and must involve the same color.
  • If your nails become scratched or misshapen, we will fix them if you notify the salon within 24 hours of the service. Please arrange an appointment to fix your nails within 7 days of the initial service. Note that additional costs may apply if you had designs or gems that fell off or if you changed your mind.
  • We want our clients to be happy and satisfied with our services. If you are ever dissatisfied, please let us know so we can make the necessary corrections. Our goal is to ensure that each service and visit meets your satisfaction.
  • We will redo or fix any service at no cost if you are unsatisfied with the quality of our work. However, you must inform us immediately during the service or before leaving the salon. Please note that if our technician has confirmed and clarified your nails and prices during the service, we will not redo or fix your service at no cost.
  • Once you have left the salon, it signifies that you have accepted and are satisfied with the service. We reserve the right to charge you for any repairs or replacements necessary due to damage caused by you
